City Zen

In the year of 2006 City Zen became one of the most popular electro house music makers in Russia and arose attention from famous Western European djs and labels.Their music is being played practically at every night club in all the countries of the former USSR:-) Their tracks are getting support from the top djs and radio stations. But all this fame did not come all at once!
The two musician's career began 11 years ago with a rock band.Later on they changed thier musical priorities, fell in love with night life, dance music and djing. For 8 years Anatoliy and Pavel worked at prestige clubs all over Eastern EU and Russia, sharing great music with clubbers, sometimes playing for 6 to 12 hours every night. When City Zen are asked why thier music sounds so good at clubs this is what they say: "Some years ago we changed our guitars to synthesizers and drums to turntables and you know what, we don't feel sorry about our descision.Live music, rock music helps us make tracks more interesting. Experience in working at clubs gives us the knowledge of crowd manipulation, exactly knowing when to fire the people up and when to cool them down at the right time...that is the policy of J dance..its our life style."
In the end of summer 2006, together with their partner and Number 1 she dj in Russia Katrin Vesna, City Zen were invited to play at closing party of Ukrainian dance festival Kazantip. Their tracks "Luna" and "Red Car" are having unbelievable success in Russia. And "Beautiful" is a serious claim for worldwide recognition. City Zen have their own studio and production center. Right now they are working on some famous in Russia musical projects.
